I am so happy with this year's band. Our performance in this year's Amherstburg Santa Parade was the best I've ever been involved in. We were the largest band in the parade with 80 students participating. We didn't freeze and everyone played loud and proud. We truly are the best school around. Thank so much to the parents who walked with us and helped me keep everyone together. Also a huge thank you to Mrs. Jones who made hot chocolate for us when we returned.
On Friday November 28th. Our Marching Band performed for both Amherstburg's Canadian Tire and Meloche's No Frills. What a great way for us to show our thanks for the support these businesses have given Anderdon.

Rock Band
Our Rock Band performed their feature songs which are, Grand Illusion from Styx, Bryan Adam's Summer of 69, and Message in a Bottle from the Police. They put the "ROCK" in the Band. I am so happy to be working with these students. Its great to see how playing in our Rock Band has affected our students. They have come so far and now understand what being a Rock Musician really is.
